Person-Centered Planning
We support our clients in establishing and achieving their goals. We understand that client's priorities for change are the most important thing to them and we use our expertise to personalize services to the individual. We have a special tool called a M.A.P.P. - My Action Plan for Progress - to organize action steps and provide the visual assistance that is often necessary for struggling youth.
Treatment
We help our clients recover by providing psychological counseling, cognitive training and socialization services. Our clients overcome barriers caused by trauma, skill deficits and lack of support.
We recognize the necessity of medications in
the treatment of injured individuals. However,
our goal is that whenever possible, improving
thinking skills will replace the need for mood
altering medications.
The presence of a helpful
person is one of the most
powerful motivators known
to mankind.
